I was just wandering if anyone has heard of this company or works for them? The company is TeleTech and I have an interview with them.

I worked for them and I loved the money! =) They definitely work alot if you want. The only thing I did not like was trying to get off the phones for breaks or lunches. I used to work for Comcast so I was used to be able to get off when my break was due with no issues. It was a good job for me as temporary employment.

Hi, yes a lot of people who work at home for TeleTech are on Facebook. They can give a lot of info for you other than searching. Where did you apply? HirePoint.com (http://www.hirepoint.com) is the easiest way to do so. Good luck with your interview.

While each experience for some, will be different than others, be careful, WEIGH ALL factors. Teletech provides your scheduling, and from my experience, the scheduling can be pretty bad. Evening work, weekends, etc. For some, this may not pose a problem. Also, full time work and if you are offered it can also be an issue. You can do a good job, but still be called into a mass meeting and be canned, and while you may be offered seasonal work, trust them on that, any client who may be busy during the holiday season only, WILL ramp down and release you. If you need permanent, steady work, have a limited schedule, and want full time hours with a decent lunch schedule, look elsewhere. Their communication with their employees can also leave a lot to be desired.

I worked for Teletech a month got hours so far cut back I stopped working for them my last pay check was 13 hours for two weeks I was not empressed when the hung me up on the phone while i was talking to a customer!! They said it was manditory time off!! I was not impressed with them at all. I'm no longer with them, it wasn't even 20 hours a week, so I wouldn't say anyone giving up the other job they have. :( the emails you get aren't very nice either about letting anyone go if you transfer to much ect.
