I did my research and went with my heart. So far I've been pleased. I've worked in MANY home based businesses and this, by far, has been the most enjoyable.

Why did you choose Scentsy over, perhaps, another candle company?

List your top 5 reasons :-)

Bimmer, being a newbie like yourself I went with my heart as well. My top 5 reasons are:

1) The price of the melts. I was with another company and already had a warmer but wanted a new scent. I didn't want to wait OR pay shipping so I called a local Scentsy consultant. And when she told me the price of the bars, I just about fell off of my chair. A SAHM with 5 kiddos, I can do $5. Incidentally I came away spending $14 and had my first Scentsy stash....LOL

Which brings me to the next reason.....

2) The scent was UNBELIEVABLE! Within 10-15 minutes my whole house was full of Hazelnut Latte. That was it for me. I was sold hook, line, and sniffer :D

As I got to nosing around in the company I found that.......

3) The Owners are wonderful and sincere people. I really enjoy hearing the Scentsy story. The entrepreneurial spirit of the Founders and Owners is such a great story of creativity and and faith. I love it.

3a) My sponsor/director truly rocks my socks! I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She really has a sense of who she is that she carries into her daily life and her business. Choosing the right up line is so important.

The more I looked read forums online and watched You Tube videos I realized that.....

4) People LOVE Scentsy. The customers, the consultants, the owners. Everyone. LOL It's funny to watch. The reviews from random customers on the internet warms my heart.

They love it because........

5) Scentsy is such a sellable product. Not complicated at all. There is no learning curve. Scentsy just makes sense!

I can't wait to join the ranks of the wonderful people I have met on my journey!

1. I hate candles
2. I didn't want fire in my home with my kids and animals
3. For the money it's a better deal than any other candle company
4. superior product
5. Scentsy is being copied by everyone else so the original must be the best.

Haha I LOVE these reasons ladies...all very good ones too!

I feel so passionate about Scentsy because it really is a top quality product and for $5..?! Omg, I can break off a piece of my bar and make it last for a LONG time and no more headaches!

I was buying cheap candles that always melted unevenly..it was such a waste. I am actually SAVING $$$ with Scentsy :-)

Well let's see.
For me it is:
1. LOVE the product
2. name recognition
3. strong company
4. company morals
5. Everyone I have met loves and wants the products.
Now I could go on but I won't LOL. I have been with a few candles companies and simply put Scentsy Rocks!!!!:cool:

I love the products, but best of all, I love blessing other people's lifes with the Scentsy Opportunity. :)

1. Flexibility - I can work my business on my own time.
2. Quality Products - I tried a "knock off" warmer from a big box store before trying Scentsy. I wasn't happy with the warmer designs or scent selection so I knew I had to try the best. I haven't looked back since.
3. Company Values - I love that Scentsy encourages its Consultants to "give more than you take."
4. Compensation Plan - My first $1000 was so easy to reach. Knowing I would promote and get a 5% raise in commission gave me tons of motivation to get there quickly. Sure beats waiting for an annual review and a standard 3% raise.
5. Scentsy sells itself. 'Nuff said.

I have a fire phobia
I am sensitive to most scented items but do great with Scentsy
The product is FUN yet simple
Doesn't require me to wear a skirt and pantyhose or a full face of makeup
Everyone loves it- me, the kids, my husband, etc.
