ESTATE PLANNING PARALEGAL POSITION (Henderson)
Hi, we are an estate, tax, and probate law firm located in Henderson. We are a growing firm that is in the process of opening another location, in the Las Vegas area. We are looking for an experienced estate planning paralegal to draft estate planning documents. The applicant can work from home drafting estate planning documents; however, the applicant must turn in the work for feedback in person during the first two weeks (which can be done after 5 p.m. and on the weekends if necessary).
We will NOT train the candidate; therefore, please reply only if you have at least 3 years of experience preparing estate planning documents including complex trusts or you will NOT be considered for the position. Currently we need someone to work between 20 to 35 hours a week, but this work can be done during the day, at night or on the weekends.
This is a great firm with great pay at $22.50/hour allowing you to work from your home on your own schedule. Please note that our firm doesn't care if you currently have a full-time paralegal position so long as you are able to complete our work by the deadline designated by the managing partner and do not share our documents or client information with anyone. Furthermore, all applications will be held in strict confidence.
