I have two questions for you today.


First, I'm trying to put together a short article for my newsletter about the new AI. When I look on the main site, I see basically "look what's new" and then each item listed w/price. I also see the updated product knowledge that show ingredients but what I'm looking for is more of a "commercial" for the product line telling about the line and a few specifics about it. Does anyone know where I might find something like this?


Second question....I would like to do something special for people who give me referrals, either by forwarding my newsletter to friend, giving a sample to a friend, or just giving me names of people who might be interested. I want something really simple that comes from the results of the leads. For example, leads who make a purchase or sign up for an account. What do you do to reward referrals?

I offer them a free gift for all referrals that become clients or business builders. When placing regular orders, I stock up on the basics bonuses and lipsavers. The lipsavers are a huge hit for me anyway. If they became a bb I would do something more but that hasn't occured, yet.

I just found the new training on the home page, I missed that before. I is a slide presentation of all the new stuff. Just what I was looking for.

I have decided to offer an entry into a raffle for all referrals this month. I will offer the raffle in my newsletter, at parties, etc. I hope this will bring some good leads this month! I am going to use the RE body set as the prize....I wanted it to be something really tempting!


Would still love to hear from others how you reward referers.

I've been giving out the new Prep and Plump lipglosses like candy. All the girls in my office have either joined as $100 consultants or at least order from me, so when I got back from NTC where I purchased the "I Want it ALL!" set, I spilled all the Prep and Plump glosses out on my desk and let each girl choose which one she wanted. It's resulted in lots of orders this week.


I bought five Platinum and five Gleam Prep and Plumps in my last order and am giving those out for referral rewards. I also told each girl in my office that if she referred someone new to me who became a consultant, that I would give each one her choice of a self-tanner or the bronzer w/ kabuki brush. Once someone holds a kabuki brush in her hand, she WILL buy the bronzer and brush. So far it's resulted in three new consultants this month alone.

Wow, that's great! Way to go!! What a good idea using the P&P, and the bronzer is such a big seller right now, I'll have to invest in that cool brush to show. Thanks for sharing smileys/smiley1.gif

Thank you! You get the kabuki brush for $10 each time you buy a bronzer, and people snap them up like hotcakes once they hold them in their hand.
