eBeauti is not up on my beautipage or on BeautiControl.com. I called CCC and they said to check again next week they were having problems.. Now I have to tell my clients to try next week. I was all excited about this and have been telling clients to try this September 1st here it is the 2nd and we can't even use it. NO communications from headquarters telling us when to expect it to be working. Why do we have to call headquarters when they should be keeping us in the loop?

This is going to be a great tool if the ever get it working. I wish there were better communications from our headquarters. We get mass emails about the sales why can't we get a mass email about eBeauti and when it will be working? I know I am not the only consultant who has told clients to go on the beautipage September 1st and try it out.

This is very frustrating we have to wait on eBeauti, wait on finding out what the changes are to the Freedom Plan - thank GOD they are changing it, wait to see what skin care from Skinlogics will be kept.. I feel like I am in limbo. I am trying to overlook these things and keep on selling knowing changes will be made but I wish they would hurry up!

The eBeauti started working late Friday on my beautipage but only off and on there were times when it was showing the countdown again like it did last month. I had to go into edit my beautipage on the beautinet to change the template to eBeauti before it would work right more than one time in a row.

I'm not sure what the problem is with eBeauti. I went to beauticontrol.com and you are right, it just has the countdown still. What is up with that? I was surprised when it was introduced at Celebration but not available to clients until Sept. I figured they wanted consultants to have a month to understand it. But here it is Sept and it's still not working. That doesn't make consultants look good to their clients. I agree, I wish BC would send an email at least and let us know what's going on. Any Directors on here care to comment?

I believe it is all working now!!! They had to get some bugs out of the new system, but now it's great.
