Hi, am not sure if you can share any info, but if you can it would be very much apprecaited. I applied a few weeks ago with Teletech and I received an email yesterday to schedule my interview with them for a bilingual customer service position. My interview will scheuduled for next Wednesday, Sept. 7th. I have been informed that it's 2 hours long. I was just wondering if you can share what kinds of things are you asked to do during the interview process. I can imagine they may want you to take some kind of test or read a script or something to that affect. I would just like to be prepared somewhat on what to expect.
If you can share this info, again that would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Actually its a group interview and you submit answers to a few questions as a group then they take people off one by one. thats why its 2 hours because they have to get through everyone. really simple, not much to it.

Hi! She is right. They say it's two hours because you will be interviewed as a group first then individually. Just relax and be confident. You'll ace through it. :)

Also, to help you develop your skills for the job you're applying for, visit their Skill Builders (http://hirepoint.com/life-at-teletech-en-US/skill-builders-2-en-US/) page on Hirepoint (http://www.hirepoint.com). It helps a lot. Good luck! :)

Also be aware that during any and all interviews for Teletech they want you to not mute your headset for the entire time! They are verifying a noise free background during the interview. So be prepared and turn off any background tv's or radios and get the kids and dogs away from the room you are doing the interview in.
I thought that was a bit extreme, but this is a good way for them to see who is prepared to work from home. I personally didn't like not being on mute when I was not talking!
Good luck. I hear they are a good company to work for though!

Hi, Just got an email on Sept. 2 from Teletech letting me know that they're send me the CD. I had my interview July 14th. I actually thought I wasn't chosen since I hadn't heard from them. So those of you that are going through Teletech or are waiting on a response from them, hang in there and see how it turns out. I'm hoping it's a good fit for me. Good Luck Medemom3!!!! God Bless You All!!
