I was just wondering if it was worth it upgrade to pro level? I can get a month for $20.

Yeah, trafficswarm is similar to traffic exchanges. It only works if you are promoting lead capture pages. You never want to try to direct sell on it because people are really only there to promote "their" stuff. But, if you can put up an eye-catching squeeze page with a free offer of something that will peak people's interest, it is a great way to build your list and you can go on to sell from there.

I definitely want conversions. some of the ones I am running on TS are free sites just trying to get a few sign ups. I am looking into safelist's for my higher paying sites.

i wouldn't waste my time on traffic exchanges.
i used traffic exchanges before and never recieved
any positive results.

I tried Traffic Swarm when I was with another company and it did not work well for me either.
