As you guys know, I came home from our Seminar in March totally on fire for Home Interiors. Just before we went to seminar I found out about this new recruiting incentive. I got 4 recruits in March and April which means that I got up to level 3 in the gifts if they have a certain amount in sales in their first 8 weeks. I didn't get the trip to NYC but that is okay. I know I am going to get the first to prizes and I am really excited about that.
Now, what I am REALLY excited about is that I was looking at my statement today online and in "Career Level" i was promoted to TEAM BUILDER. I have 13 people in my unit. I need to have 20 in my unit to become a Director. So I am on my way. I just wanted to share my good news with all you guys here!

Thanks you guys!! I just want to keep up the momentum so that I can become a director. I talked to my unit director today and there are only 3 of us Team Builders in our unit. There are 93 Decorating Consultants in our unit with 3 team builders. Pray that I can keep the momentum going. Also, pray for me because I have a goal to win a trip. I have 3 people having parties so I can meet this goal but I need 7 more...

I didn't know it was that much to get started. That's a bit pricey. But that is cool you can earn a car now. Is that a new program?

In March and April the program was $99.00 for $500.00 of merchandise and a free tools (2 packs of books, service cards and such) (a $35.00 value). This was a program that was really trying to get new decorating consultants. In May the price increased to $199.00 for the same amount of merchandise and still the free supply kit. Other new programs the company is offering is the Diamond certificates where if you have so many $$ you will get a diamond certificate, it has the mustang program and many other incentives within the local branch. If a person wanted to join bad enough, they could always host a party and use their free merchandise dollars and their profit dollars and purchase the case that way.
Just Like Nattiesmother said, it is an awesome company to be involved in. I love it. I wouldn't switch if you paid me to. AND, I just found out that Mary Crowley, the founder of Home Interiors and Mary Kay Ash (You know, Mary Kay) were sisters in law. The small, small world of Direct sales.

Thats alot that you get for the joining price!I think to me if I was to get in the "decorating business"this would be the company I would go for!My mom has her whole home decorated with the products and her home is absolutely beautiful!Thats great that there is the earn your kit option too.smileys/smiley2.gif
