Just curious to see how other nations/uplines do things.
When you sign up a new Business Builder, does your upline contactyour new personto introduce themselves? Do you tell your new Business Builder about your upline - who everyone is?
If you are a DM or AM with several BusinessBuilders signed up under you -does yourupline leave mostof the day to day stuff/training to you or do they proactively call yourteam membersand coach/train them too?
TIA!

my upline is always available if I ask... aside from team emails, she rarely contacts me, but I can always contact her. she doesn't contact my new people, I do introduce them to my upline either through calls or at a meeting. My upline does not proactively contact new bb's.Edited by: cassandra

Since we do the buddy system my RVP is usually helping me to prospect which means she has talked with new BPs on the phone at least. At discover meetings we usually sit together so she meets them face to face then. However if she hasn't done the prospecting with me (& I do it with someone else) then she doesn't go around me to introduce herself, she waits for me to initiate.
She is very open to anything I need and she makes it clear to everyone onmy team that she's there for them. Though she does make sure it's ok with her directs before working with people direct to them. However, she has to put some boundaries up or she's going to be run ragged.
She does not micro-manage. The point of this business is to duplicate yourself. If she's taught us well then she trusts us to teach our directs well & so on. She is very good about communicating a lot of stuff we all need to know through email though.
I feel like I get the best of both worlds!

My RVP is very involved and knows my whole team. However, I just promoted to Area and so she is stepping back as my team grows. I'm now getting ready to do my first Opportunity presentation by myself (gulp). However, she's always available for anything we need and I talk to her at least once a day, sometimes more. I am very fortunate that my RVP and NVP are very responsive and involved with my team!
