Need legal secretary/paralegal - Indy - Mostly Virtual Work from Home (Indianapolis)

A law practice seeking legal secretary/paralegal - 30-40 hours, all virtual (work from home) except you need to pick up mail from UPS store downtown Indianapolis.
MUST HAVE EITHER LITIGATION OR REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
--Scan and File documents and correspondence in appropriate online file for client
--Set and maintain court schedule for litigation
--Communicate with clients regarding status of case (not new clients)
--Set up and maintain files and other records.
--Be able to prepare Excel spreadsheet with data in order to merge into outgoing letters.
--Send outgoing letters on behalf of firm clients
Candidates will have 1-4 years legal experience is desired. COMMUNICATION TO UPDATE ATTORNEY AND CLIENTS WITH STATUS OF WORK IS KEY.
Salary $12.00-$15.00/hour, depending on experience.
