Does anyone have an order form that works well for them that you could email me??? PLEASE! mommymail04@yahoo.com

You mean for clients? I use the company's standard one. I noticed they are going back to the old style. These were easier to work with in my opinion.


I know Tess makes up her own.

I sent you my version. It has a place for clients to rate the spa from 1 to fabulous! and what their favorite part was. It also asks if they've ever used BeautiControl products before and if they'd like to receive future catalogs. I use the company ones for re-orders taken over the phone.


Don't know if this will work, but you may be able to see it here. It's in Word, so you can change the personal information.

I have tried making my own order forms.......but in the end I always go back to BC order form. I am glad they are going back to the old I didn't care for the newer version they came out with.

It was hard to read with the microderm abrasion picture. I did like the smaller size and the places to check what they wanted, but I wish it had no picture!


I saw the larger size order forms in my consultant's bag. That's how I know they are going back to it again.

whats the difference in the old and new? i think i only have the new! Thanks!

The old ones are bigger! They are plain and have no pictures on it. What I like about it is there is more room to write. Oh and there is no product boxes to check. That's about it!

Glad you like it, Kimberly. Wish I could take credit for it, but someone else passed it on to me when the company's were backordered for a couple months while they went back to the old ones.
