I need to know if ANYONE had problems with downloading this CD and IF they did...what did they do BESIDES calling that ph# ?!
I have called that ph# which is the number the live chat people told me to call and I have been on hold from 15-20 minutes each time!!! The selfhelp is a joke because my issue isn't mentioned in the selfhelp questions! I have until the 28th of this month to do that assessment and I can't get intouch with anyone! Have others gone through this and IF so what did you do?!!
I will be starting a fulltime TEMP job next week BUT I still need a pt job so I'm trying to figure out this CD and need HELP!!

You should have gotten a phone number to call tech with I know sometimes you have to wait a long time before you get someone on the phone the tech's are overseas and they are trying to help all the newbie people. That was how it was a couple of years back maybe things have changed.

I did receive the number and I have called those people and have been on hold for over 20min! If I don't get this resolved I could potentialy lose out on this job!
This country is just going down the tubes with having to deal with people ooverseas when it should be dealt with right here in the USA...what a bunch of crap!

I know what you mean and yes you have to wait a long time, just wait tell you get started and have to call them again when you have issues when you are actually working. Note some are hard to understand and some speak good english. What is nice once you get a tech they can take over your computer to fix the problem sorry but it does take time to get a tech on the phone have them set your phone up too at the same time.
