I recently met with a prospect whose mother is swiss and she was VERY excited about trying the product and possibly the opportunity.

I just spoke to her and while she didn't try the product, her mother did and isn't impressed. Apparently, she's experiencing more "eye rings". She really wasn't able to spend much time talking to me so that's about the extent of the detail I got from her.

Nonetheless, I'll be speaking with her again. Has anyone come across a comment like this? What did you recommend? She's been using the product for several days now so I'm a little stuck.......

TIA for any input!

What are eye rings?

If 'eye rings' means puffiness...I've heard that some people experience temporary puffiness in the begininng because their skin isn't used to receiving so much moisturizer. It is temporary and kind of shows how dehydrated their eye area was!

I hope that helps!

I have read the same thing about how it can take your skin a little bit to get used to using it. If it is overly dehydrated it can almost have the opposite desired result for a short time.

Also if she is talking about an actual wrinkly crease below her eye, that is from using too much eye creambelow the eye during the day. It's not so much a wrinkle as it is your eye skin sticking together from the eye cream. Mine will do that. Even too much concealer or foundation will cause that. In the eye area I've learn less is more in combatting wrinkles. If you feel you need a little more moisture in that area use a little more at night then back off some during the day. Let us know what happens.

I would also pass on that she needs to make sure she doesn't put the eye creme right under her eye! That will cause more puffiness and dark circles. She only needs to use a SMALL amount on the orbital bone around her eye :)

Thanks everyone! Hopefully I can still salvage this.
