Anyone have any experience with American Support? I see their ads in the forum but I am unsure if they are legit

Hello Jen,

Yes, American Support is a legitimate company. I am the company's communications manager.

We currently have about 500 employees, with about 330 working in physical call centers in Daytona Beach and Jacksonville, Florida and the remaining employees working from home.

If you have any questions, or if there is anything I can do to help you, please let me know.

Hello Mr. James Gallagher:

I can across your reply a few weeks ago, but noticed there was no more replies to your reply on American Support. I was curious to find out if you know if there will be another round of Bilingual Customer Service Representatives positions opening soon. I had applied back in the Spring and I was sent an email that a Bilingual Customer Service class was going to be held in early June. Due to some conflict with the schedule of the training program and some commitments I already had, I was unable to attend the training class. I was just wondering if you knew, if American Support would be hiring for this position any time in the near future?

I would very much appreciate if you can let me know. You can PM as well. Thank you in advance and hope to hear from you soon.

I would recommend to contact them to let them know that you are having technical issues getting the application to complete. I know they are based in NC and I believe on the site it has a local phone number starting with a 919 area code....it may be worth it to try to call them. They maybe able to help you resolve that issue you are having.
