Does anyone know where I can find some? The one site I found said you must be a Director to order. Not there yet; working on the next step (UM) as we speak.
I was thinking this would be cool recognition for my team! My PartyLite Unit Leader gave me one when I went to conference in my first year and a charm for attending. In 6 years, it was overflowing!Ok, so I really love jewelry...worked hard to get those charms too! LOL
I was thinking of giving them the pin when they qualify with the first charm. Then a charm for different things like most parties booked online, highest sales, recruiting, Celebration, etc.
(Our unit and executive team has a big thing with the online calendar! We are encouraged to use it and rewarded if we do!)
I know one of my consultants is really excited about this!Recognition of a job well done is so important! It can be a motivating factor as well.
If you were on my team (pretend for a second!) would you like this kind of recognition? Just curious...everyone has different motivations.
