Hi ladies!
I have a couple of girls on my team who are working towards promoting to leadership, but it's becoming a long, drawn out process. Sometimes I wonder if I'm not doing my part in promoting leaders on my team.
What I'd like to get from all of you isadvice on how I can start building a team of leaders. Thanks!!

Promoting out leaders is hard. smileys/smiley36.gifBut very rewarding.
The hardest thing is we can't do it for them.
The best thing you can do is help them set and achieve goals by motivation, advice and accountability.
send them weekly Cheer postcards. And include them in team events and get them thinking like leaders.
They have to want it. They need to set their deadline. Make sure they know their why, and use it as a carrot.
