Hi! I'm new to A****** and I purchased the RE9 set. (signed up for the $29....may do the business in a year or so, when the kids are settled into a new school)
Love the way my face felt (& still feels!) that first week or so, but now that I'm 2 weeks or so into using it, I see many bumps on my forehead....is this normal? I am not prone to breakouts except prior to my period each month, and that is usu. around my mouth. I even switched back to my previous skin care routine for 1 day - and -AAAGH! - it was like my skin was so drey compared to when I use RE*.
Any advice? Is this normal?

i've been told with the acne line system, that is normal, because your skin is drawing out all the dirt in you system. Not sure about the RE9

this happened to a client of mine, though the bumps were across her lower cheek and jawline... she had even gone to the dermatologist over it. turns out she had mild rosacea and didn't know it and the products were to stimulating for her skin... I know another person with rosacea who uses it and she has no problems at all, so everyone is different. not saying this pertains to your situation, something to think about though

I would also suggest that you make sure you aren't using too much of any of the products. The R{9 is really concentrated and you don't need as much. Perhaps try using a little less of everything and see if that helps :)

I might also wonder since the bumps are on your forehead -- did you switch shampoo recently? Usingstyling products? Anything new in the last few weeks to a month?
I got bumps on my forehead one time and for the life of me couldn't figure out why. Then I realized it was my shampoo that I had been using for several weeks. Shortly after I stopped using it, the bumps went away.

Also, how is your water intake?
Keeping hydrated is key!
I read once in Chinese medicine that represents issues with elimination. I know that sounds weird, but I did not make it up, I promise.

Try eliminating the serum, it is the most stimulating product and I find if people have any kind of reaction to Re9 it is because of the serum. Keep using the rest of the system without it and see if that helps.

Hey guys,
I've been using the RE9 for about 8 weeks. I started breaking out on my lower cheeks & headed straight to the Dermatologist. It was bad enough that I worried what people would think with me selling skin care & all. Anyway he said that Arbonne is good stuff & to keep using it. He also said that he could tell from where I was broke out that it was just hormones. So Im getting the balance cream for sure!! I dont know what the bumps on the forehead would be from. My upline said to mabey cut out the serum for a few days & see if it clears up.

Thanks, ladies! I'll try cutting out the serum & see if this changes things. You all are so helpful & professional in your responses!
BTW, I placed an order when I joined on 4/25/06, and my A*** items are not due to deliver until Friday, 5/5/06!!!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif What is a normal delivery period for orders? Is it taking so long because of the rush on ordering the new items?

When orders are processed near the end of the month, expect a delay. It's also a possibility that some of your order is backordered. I usually have to wait 7-10 for my order to arrive. (Saskatchewan, Canada) And that's in the middle of the week!

Hi Ann, not sure where you are, but here in NH it's about 10 days for shipping. I am also receiving an order from the 25th on the 5th. I can't wait till the new dist. ctr opens up!! Then we'll have much faster shipping to the East Coast and Canada smileys/smiley32.gif
