I haven't approached Realtors yet, but this is my idea to kick at them:
Alot of them give gift baskets when someone purchases a home from them. They coulduse the Margarita products, a free movie rental gift certificate, bag of micro popcorn and a card that says "Moving is always stressful, so I hope this will help you CHILL-AX!"Then she could sign the card, "Enjoy!" Susan Bradshaw, Coldwell BankerRealty
You could even throw in some tealights or couple of wrapped chocolate kisses too...
I would try to meet some of the top producers in your area, maybe give her a sample of something (the show of hands sample this month would be awesome), or even let her take a few products home to try for a few days and then pick up later or better yet, see if she would be interested in a one on one to see what you have to offer? And then get her to book a spa???
See where I'm coming from?
What do ya'll think?

Andrea,
Another good idea is a lot of realtors will give out newcomer packets, and you could see if they will let you put a coupon or flyer in the packets.
Good Luck, I have found they are so busy it is hard to meet with them, but if you got in it would be a great way to get sales.

I think this is a really innovative idea!! Would you sell them the
products at a discount or just give samples? I love the idea and may
try it myself!

I would make up some great sets ranging from $25- $75 and let them choose what works for them.
The more expensive the house the bigger the set they probably would buy?
I would also put a product description with each set ex. Therapuetic bath minerals- great way to soothe those achy muscles from moving and give you a great nights sleep.
I have tried dropping off flyers like this and I have gotten no repsonse. I would recommend faxing or trying to set up a meeting to leave samples and discuss ways to get out to realtors.

I love that idea. You can also offer the Spa Express Kits as welcome Gifts.
Another good target is apartment complexes for the new residents.
