We are a small, growing company based in Chicago, specializing in technology product solutions for the hospitality industry. Our customers are among the world's largest and most respected in the hotel, resort, golf, and meetings/events industries.
We're looking for an energetic, friendly, self-motivated, and highly organized person to join our team as a web designer/support specialist. This is a full-time position, and you'll be working flexible hours and from anywhere.
What your typical day looks like:
You'll be working with both new and existing customers directly, creating and maintaining web-based (HTML/CSS) templates. You'll be required to do so by hand-coding HTML, CSS, and some JS. You'll be expected to provide top-notch customer service and handle client requests quickly and mistake-free. You'll handle some basic administrative tasks within our system, such as copy editing, document management, and photo manipulation.
You're ideal for this position if:
* You are able to understand and hand-code quality HTML and CSS that is cross-browser compatible.
* You have a keen eye for design and web usability.
* You have solid knowledge of web standards and cross-browser development.
* You are able to create and manipulate graphics and photography using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Fireworks.
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* You are self-motivated, a fast learner, and are detailed-oriented in all facets of your work.

• Compensation: 40000-45000
