keep any product on hand? I can see people wanting one "right now". My husband thinks I should, but would you send "their" order to them and pick up the new kit or send it to me and give them their free or(extra)items. I know other consultants in other companies who say they carry quite a bit of popular products because if they don't have it they might lose their clients to a drugstore, but then again I think those are retail customers so that would make a difference.
advice?
Thanks,
Melanie

I do keep product on hand. I usually buy a ton of the PWP's each month, and then just use those if people order them, rather than have to order or use them as hostess gifts. I also keep the Progesterone creams on hand because if people run out they don't want to wait a week to get more. I also like to keep shampoo and conditioner on hand...along with Aromatherapy products. These make great gifts so I love to have them on hand. Certainly a person would not have to do this...it's just my personal preference. I am careful to try to obey the 70% rule, though and not go crazy. One other thing I like to do is if I need one item that is in a set, I buy the set and then get the free gift that comes with the set and keep the other products on hand to sell individually.
I don't really keep them on hand to not lose customers...I do it so if someone orders one thing I don't have to place an order and pay $9.75 shipping for one item.
