There are several brands added to our e-commerce site for people with troubled skin. Neem is a traditional remedy used from thousands of years and there are a couple natural options for that. Badger brand is a good organic option to soothe symptoms. For cracked, painful skin, The Honey Guy beeswax base organic formula is an East Texas local remedy. Then Dakota Free is a good choice if you also have skin allergies and have a hard time with most skin products. That line is made specifically for people with skin allergies, celiac's, and autism.

I have several customers who suffer from both of these and have had great success with the Jordan Essentials Face Care System. It includes a Gentle Cleanser, Travel Soap Saver, Spa Polish, Detoxifying Clay Mask, Toner Mist, Moisturizer (either soy or Shea based), a Lip Exfoliant, and Shea Cherry Lip Butter SPF 15, and a cute Travel Tote for only $75.
I had Chronic Facial Dermatitis for 2 years and was seeing a Dermatologist frequently and on a prescription cream 2x's daily and tetracycline every 3 months, but nothing was helping. I tried the Face Care System, and after one month, my dermatitis was completely gone!! I have had near to perfect skin since then, and I have been very proud to help those with these issues. The Detoxifying Clay Mask seems to be the big key to the rosacea, and of course the whole system helps with the ezcema. Please let me know if I can answer any questions you may have! I know how frustrating it can be to have a skin issue and not find a product that provides relief!!
Our products are botanically based and FREE of DEA, SLS, Parabens, Mineral Oil, Isopropyl Alcohol, Aluminum and Talc.
Hope you have found or do find some relief!!!

Hi!
I developed hand excema in January! It took 5 steroid treatments to calm it down. Now I have a routine and products to go by to keep it from flaring. I LOVE fragrance though. I can't use artificial fragrance on my hands, so after researching hand excema, I have a rep that is sending me a sample of Daisy Blue's shea butter with a all natural lavendar oil.
Research shows shea butter is good and lavendar oil, so we'll see! :)
Hope this little bit of info helps.....

Hi All,
There is no question that special skin care products are important for eczema and rosacea, but don't forget diet too.
Studies have shown that omega 3 from fish oil can help reduce inflammatory hormones which can help reduce a lot of those annoying symptoms.
You can get omega 3 from fish oil supplements or even try adding a little fish to your diet. I personally would try the supplements because of the mercury found in our fish these days.
Also, try eating eating more "real" yogurt with active cultures. Make sure it says that it contains active cultures on the container. This helps increase the good bacteria in the intenstines. If you don't like yogurt you can take probiotics supplements (which can be found in health food stores). I think the brands that require refrigeration are better than those that don't. The seem to be fresher and contain more active cultures.
Hope this helps. Keep in mind, it may take a few months before results are seen.:)

So true!! I totally agree!! I am passionate about probiotics!! I take a high dollar probiotic after suffering all my life from UTI's (not fun), but after adding in Juice Plus and Omega's and my probiotic, I am all around healthier and feel better!! I hadn't suffered from a UTI in over a year since I had taken the probiotic, and just recently got one after being at the lake ;(. But it didn't take me near as long to get over it!!
GREAT SUGGESTION WALINJA!!!

Hi Skincaredivagirl,
Wow, UtI's are not fun. :(
I close co-worker at my old company used to suffer from them constantly. We worked together as health advisors for a large non-profit anti-aging organization....so we were always doing research on anti-aging, diseases and the benefits of supplements.
She discovered through research that the herb Saw Palmetto was helpful to women with UtI's. Saw Palmetto is generally recommend for men with prostate issues. It's extracted from the berries of the Saw Palmetto palm tree.
It has great has anti-inflammatory properties and helps reduce fluid retention too. There aren't a lot of studies on the use of Saw Palmetto for women with UTI, but a few do suggest that it may help women with uterine irritabilityand cystitis -- so it's worth giving it a try. She said it really helped her alot.
Hope that helps.
