Images have been terrible. You key for 3 hours and get about an hours worth of keystrokes in because every image is 1 character or blank or garbage.

Thats if there is even anything to key!

I think I'm done with it, Im not even paying for the electricity im using to type at this point.

I feel ya.. I'm so done with them.. for the last several months, I have had to contact them to resend EACH check.. I have NEVER received any checks on time. Plus after the 30 days have passed, they wait another 2 weeks to respond back and say their resending it. I typed my last number 2 weeks ago... now I'm waiting for the 30 days to be up so that I can request my last check be resent....

They have definitely gone down hill from what they used to be. I went through about four different pay cuts and then finally quit them on the last go round when they dropped it to 30 cents per 1000. Unfortunately, I now have to do transcription, which I do not enjoy, but at least it pays on time and I can make some money.

Yeah I'm ready to throw in the towel too. It's just not worth it. Maybe if they lose enough good typist they will take notice and up the rate, but I doubt it. I too and going back to transcribing. The pay is much better and at least they pay ON TIME! I was just tired to doing transcription, but I've had enough of a break. I still only want to do those that allow me to work 24/7 so there is no stress of a deadline. I turned down working with one company where the work involved transcribing police reports and witness statements. It's very interesting work and the pay is good, but they required a turnaround deadline. I already have a day job as a legal secretary so that didn't sit well with me. So I'll work on the others. Sooo long KFC!

I haven't made payout since the beginning of May. I've been trying to work a few hours every day and am still sitting at $25.19! I would love to find something that pays better than this but find sorting through all of the listings is overwhelming. Feeling very frustrated.

Have you tried doing any of the projects on Amazon Turk? There is a variety of work there.

Amazon Turk sucks imo. The amount of time to complete so many tasks to earn so little money is ridiculous. Unless you know another language like Arabic or Japanese which pay decent for each task, you are not gonna earn that much money from Amazon Turk.

To everyone in this forum, I am very sorry to hear you are so frustrated with your work! It definitely sounds like you are not getting the pay you deserve for your time. I've heard months back that this was kind of a "sham" of sorts. Real shaky pay outs etc.

I have found the pay to be slow but I have received checks. Right now I am waiting on 2 checks and I didn't make payout this week. It has slowed down alot. This should not be called a "job" but instead a "pasttime" because you definitely can't make a decent wage to live on. The pay is incredibly low but it helped me out when I needed to have some cash to buy a few groceries and get gas in my car.

Keying for KFC was never meant to be a job but just a way of earning a few extra dollars and when they originally started and you went to their website that is what it said on the website. I don't know what it says now. I hardly ever go there anymore or log in for that matter. Every little bit helps when you are trying to pay bills but in all honesty KFC just keeps getting worse and worse. Wonder how long it will be before they go to the Philipines for keyers....

I too went through many of the paycuts/changes. Each time I think to myself if everyone stopped doing the work, it would send a message to raise the pay back up. But unfortunately with the jobs these days and just the idea of people in need of money there is always someone willing to do it. Even at a cheaper rate.They can drop the pay to .10 cents per 1000 keystrokes and I bet kfc will still have a full crew.

There were two good hours of typing from about 2-4 today....that was about it but I managed to get a ton of typing in. It's all about being on at the right time, if I didn't have flexibility with my time I wouldn't be able to make any money off of this.

Yeah well I can put my time to better use starting my own business instead of sitting online to type my fingers off for crap pay. KFC can't get any worse than they are!!

Last week I put my self in gear and really wanted to type to see if I could make payout in one week. I pay out on Weds, go on Weds I made 1.77 (had computer issues). Thurs made 9.38 and Fri made 5.64. Now today Mon I plan to make at least 7.20 if I can and will only need 6 for Tues. Wish me happy typing.

I'm a single mom who has run out of my options. I really need a work at home job on the computer that pays and is legit and not a scam. Im hoping someone can help me please. Is there a transcription job out there that I could type up? I'm very good at typing. Please let me know. I appreciate it. Thank You,

Try looking under the transcription area. They have lots of suggestions on what to do to get started in it.

I only made $1.68 today. Unless the work is plentiful and I have my best day ever, I don't think I will make payout this week. Oh well, I will definitely make it next week.

Seems like lately the best days are Thursdays and Fridays? I was worried again last week I wouldn't make payout for this Thursday so I typed for quite a while Friday and made my payout just in case in one day. Hopefully it will pick up again end of this week.

I did $31.23 on Friday since the typing was so good. I averaged about $6 since it was non stop so it took around 5 hours...felt like I sat there all day!

ccatherine, you can keep trying to better your score. It only took about a week for me to get hired on here but I think a lot depends on what time of year it is, how many typists they have and if they are hiring or not? You'll get picked up....

I haven't logged into KFC in ages because every time I did there was either nothing to key in or the data was garbage. I used to make a $50.00 per week check on it during a very slow time in my life when I really needed it and then poof it disappeared one day.
