How much commission do you make percent wise of your downline's sales if you only have three under you?

With 3 team members you will make 4% commission. It increases to 9 or 13% when you have 5 or more team members.

Is there a minimum amount of sales you must do as a consultant to get commission and is there a minimum your consultants must do?

To receive commission you as the consultant must have placed a $200 wholesale order within the last three months (considered active status) to receive commissions on any amount of orders your team members place.

Am I losing my mind or what?? I could have sworn that I posted that ALL rewards and prizes have nothing at all to do with SALES. Sales are never, ever tracked by anybody in MK. Everything is dependent upon how much product you as the consultant (and your team members) order from the company.
It took me a long time to figure that out !!! I am finally out of the financial pink quicksand due 100% to my poor choices as a Red Hot Red Jacket and then "just this close" to becoming a Director..
Having said that, it is my opinion you should actually SELL the items before you ORDER the item. That way, you won't have hundreds (or thousands) of dollars of inventory sitting on your shelf "waiting" to be sold.
While those items are "waiting" to be sold, there could be a change in the packaging, the colors, the formulas etc., which is commonplace in MK it seems.
Believe me and 1,000,000,000 other consultants .... your customers WON'T MIND waiting for their order. The other way around is just financial suicide in my opinion.

For that 9 or 13 percent the requirements are MORE than a 200 wholesale.
