Hi. I just returned from a weekend away and perhaps this has already been discussed - I glanced quickly and didn't see it. I have an appt later today to sign up a wb with an order. I logged on early this morning to the main site and quickly scanneda message that the web site was down, it would be up later and april month end was extended to 6pm PT today.The message seems to be gone now for me to re-read and get a better understandingand theweb site seems to be up again- so, my question, I register her today is it on April and not May? I am debating if I should cancel it and rescheulde for tomorrow or Wed as at this point I would rather the numbers be for May.

OK, after almost an hour on hold I have an answer on this in case any one else wants to know. Anything ordered/entered today before 8pm PT will be April. Anything ordered/entered after 8pm PT today will be May. So I am going to do it all on paper today and then enter it tomorrow morning I guess.

this is because last night the system was so bogged down that nobody could see webstats or order

Ah. That makes sense. I was away, offline since late last weekand didn't try until this morning. Thanks for the enlightenment! She just left and we did it on paper so I will enter it in the a.m. Here's to a great May!

Just to clarify the times for today in case anyone is counting on the info I left above - apparently orders until 6pm PT count for April (the rep at 1800A** told me 8 - according to online its 6pm). But orders for May can't be placed until approximately 2 hrs later, 8pm PT. The message comes up when you're on the shop online screens today, which is how I realized what she told me is inaccurate. So for April get them in no later than 6 PT.
