I'm a MK consultant, but I know that no matter what Co. we work for there are certain activities that we all HAVE to do:
1.) We have to prospect/ get leads.
2.)Make follow up calls/ Get bookings.
3.)Coach Hostesses
4.)Do presentations
5.) Share marketing/ business plan information with interested persons
So my question for those of you who are fulltime at your businesses.. How do you plan your business workday, so that you aren'tworking in a willy -nilly fashion, getting some things done but neglecting others. My J-O-B workday was planned for me. But I've never run my MK business by having set days or times to engage in any business related activity and it showshttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif. Are any of you more disciplined?, and again,How do you plan your business workdays so that you are a strong Consultant, Rep or Advisor?- Do you have set hours or times? I'd appreciate your help because Ihaven't a clue on where to begin.

Make a spreadsheet that has the hours & daysof the week on it. Schedule all of your activities, church, family time, dr. appts. etc. Don't just block out time for your business, make it specific for th activity you will be doing. This way you won't miss anything.
