I am sooooo mad!

The Bi**** had to return the (defective) itemsto the company. One toy they determind fine, the other they found a little chip, but the game was otherwise OK. Not ducktaped as she described.Since she didn't have a receipt, she got the sale price for it.

Well, I sent her the check after DT reimbursed me. But I mis calculated $1.88. So of course she wants it, and I'll send it. Now she's telling them that she bought the toy from me and that I should have the receipt, so she wants full price. She's trying to get me in trouble. Plusshe isfighting them on the return of the item that the quality control people said is fine.

So they are asking me again to go through my receipts. I told them I did. She didn't buy it from me. She's a manipulative B**** and that I refuse to deal with this matter anymore as soon as I mail out the check.

Anyway, I sent a pretty not so nice email about her to DT. I have a feeling she is going to complain about me and I'll lose my DT status. I

She has stressed me out more times then anyone should. And I went outside my better judgement and emailed her directly telling her she didn't purchase that toy from me, but while going through my receipts, I found that she owes me for discounts I had given her, butnever deducted from other returns, as well as the free products she had received. I also mentioned that while going through records I found that she owed the company $18.99 for a toy they sent her as a replacement that she then sold back to them.

I'm hoping that she'll see I called her on it. But I want it tooooo go away.

OK, thanks for letting vent. This is just not a good thing.

Debbie

This woman is obviously insane! Has no ethics at all.Just breathe and breathe and let it go. I know it doesn't make it right, but sometimes we just can't win, even when we know we are right.

I don't think that DT will take your status...over 1 customer? I am not sure how long you have been with DT, but I can't imagine them doing that, esp if this is a 1st time deal.

Goodluck hun and try not to stress about it!

smileys/smiley31.gifSorry Debbie, I hope things get better and she will not bug you anymore! How annoying and frustrating. What a scammer smileys/smiley21.gif

How many things has she returned?! I agree, she sounds like a scammer. She probably bought the item used at a yard sale for a couple of dollars and wants to make money off it.

Anyway, stay strong. Since she clearly has a record of returning things (and you have the proof), the company should have little to say about it. I would take all of the records you have about this woman and fax them to the company so you create a paper trail. Then I would simply wash my hands of the whole situation.

Good luck!

She bought from me in bulk to get a discount, then slowly began exchanging and returning.

This is the email I got from home office, after I went off on them saying she though she should have more! I then sent an apology.

Thank you, Debbie. Apology accepted. I was expecting a “ lashing” anyway! Thank you for mailing her the $1.88. Her address is: xxxxx
Higher up personhas just instructed me to email her back and tell her you are mailing her the $1.88 and that is the end.You are done and we are done.<?:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O />

Yeah! If she emails me back I'll just say "This is closed".

Wow, Some people are just out there. They think the world owes then amd they want whatever they can get for free, it's sad. At least your company is sticking up for you and telling you it's ok to be done!

Sorry your still dealing with her Debbie. She's obviously insane. Sounds like you've got a great company behind you though, who obviously knows your integrity. Hope this is finally over for you.

Deb-Don't let that 1 person get you down! She obviously has some serious issuessmileys/smiley2.gif!!! I have learned that what goes around comes around. So just wash your hands of her. I would contact CS at your company and just tell them that you are having serious issues with this woman and you really do not feel comfortable dealing with her anymore!!If she calls or contacts you again-just forward the info to the company. You've done everything you can do to please her-so your job is done!!!!

Good luck!!
