Hi ladies! I just got this email from my Director and I thought I would post it here to see what you girls suggest!


I decided I want to change my hostess rewards for tonight and do something more visual than the discount schedule. Do you have any ideas for gifts to give from your network of other spa consultants?

My hostess program is so different from the company's. I will email it to you. One thing that catches their attention is to put the party average sales and bookings in a basket so they see how much they can earn for hosting.

Vicki...can you email it to me too??? I just signed up and still trying to figure out what I want to do for the Hostess. Any imput would be greatly appreciated smileys/smiley4.gif

I understand about wanting to be perfect! But be flexible. One night I was rolling along on my demo and forgot to do hands first. That has been a big thing I am working on changing. Always did them last just like my Director. That's where I get my bookings, so it is hard to reverse it! Worked out so well, I got 7 bookings!


So don't worry about knowing everything or the night just going perfectly! Your guests will not know if you left something out or are not a product wiz! I don't have all the answers. When asked a question I don't know, I look it up!


Just relax and be yourself! Things will go fine. People book for all kinds of reasons, but the main one is YOU!


I will send outmy flyer to you. I am comfortable with theprogram I have now because I get a lot of bookings from it. You may find that it is a combination ofprograms that youwant to combine. I took this from a Director in TX or another consultant down there. Can't remember! Either way, this is the best one yet. It gets the product in the people's hands and reorders come from that.

I can do that for you Angie! My Director made an outline for me when I first started to help me feel comfortable. You gave me a reminder that I should do that for my new consultants too!

Ran out of time today. So I will write my outline and get you the host flier tomorrow. My husband has to work all day, so there will be plenty of time to work in the office before he gets home.


We either celebrate Mother's Day or our anniversary since they are close together. This year stinks because he works tomorrow and will be in training on our anniversary. He hasnext weekend off, but I am booked with parties. My calendar is so full, that we may be able to book our getaway sometime in the fall. We will be married 15 years on the 18th!

Okay so this is almost two weeks late, but could I get a copy sent to me too!
