I almost quit the company this morning because I felt that I wasn't making any headway.
Much to my surprise, when I logged into the back office to find a link
to cancel my membership--there was an invoice report there that showed
that someone had ordered online from me, and I never even knew a thing
about it!
The sale happened eight days ago, and I never received any kind of e-mail about it.
Now I'm thinking I'll give it a little bit more time and keep working
at it--even though I have no clue where my customer came from because
there doesn't seem to be any kind of tracking for us in the back office.
Somebody here the other day mentioned that they had e-mailed their online customer--I didn't see any e-mail for my customer.
Am I missing something here?

Hi Becky:
You won't get an e-mail when someone orders from your site - you will need to check your back office periodically. I didn't have an e-mail with my order but I did send a thank you card. If you click on the invoice number it will give a name and address of the person who purchased.

Hi Becky,
I was able to email my online order customers, because they were both from
my candle drawing leads, and I had their email addresses from that source.

given up on checking my back office, since when I'd checked it so many
times before, there was nothing there, lol!smileys/smiley36.gif
Are you ladies sending thank you notes to all who order? Are you sending the customers a free candle or anything with it?
I guess it wouldn't be necessary to send them a catalog, since they've obviously already discovered our stores! smileys/smiley2.gif

I am so glad to hear that your spirits were lifted this morning! I am also excited that you will be staying with us. Scent-Sations is a wonderful company to be a part of.
I have not yet had the pleasure of having someone order from me online yet but wanted to answer you question about Thank you cards. All of my customers receive Thanks you cards from me. It make then feel appreicated and valued. I would definately add that to your follow up with anyone that you do business with.

Becky, I'm just sending a card. I think this is a nice touch to show appreciation. You could maybe send a sample body wash sample if you like. My first order was from a guy so I didn't send anything but the card.
