when you just feel so humbled and grateful. Today is one of those days for me. God has blessed my family so much here lately in so many ways. I have over $1300 in dental work that I have to have done this summer because my dental insurance is maxed for the year. Night before last I was eating and had one tooth that needed work done just crumble. Half of it just fell out. Lovely right? Well, the Lord blessed us with an almost free check from hubby last Friday. We had about $600 left. Well here we go figuring out what all we could buy with that and what we could finish catching up on. And then the tooth falls out. So we know that that's why He gave us the extra money. So I go and have it filled yesterday and pay $200 for that. We also have to get some of our swimming pool necessities, like a vacuum, off layaway Monday so there goes another $200. I have to go in and finish paying $411 for a bridge for a pulled tooth that I lost in February. Add that up and it's definitely more than $600 left.


Guess what?!?! I closed out 2 catalog parties this morning totaling $470 and $258 and I did an in home party tonight with sales of $960!!!!!! For a grand total of $1688 in sales in ONE DAY!!! That means a profit of $844 in ONE DAY!! Now, somebody tell me that God doesn't have His hand on us when we need Him!!!!!! Did He come in and take over and show out or what???? You know what else?? I have another HUGE in home party to do Saturday night!!! Ladies, I'm going to clear over $1000 in a matter of 3 days!! All because God is taking care of us. He blessed me with Latasia right when we needed it. I was wondering why in the world everything was happening at the end of April instead of being spread throughout. April 8th was my last in home party. Everybody else couldn't book til the end of this month. Now I know why!! Praise God!!! I also got 2 bookings tonight for May 11 and 15, the lady for the 11 called before I even got home wanting to know if it was ok that she already had 46 people on her guest list and she wasn't even through going through her addy book yet!! Yes ma'am it's ok!!!!


So, there's my praise report and I'm very humbled right now because once again, God showed me that He is in control and if I just trust that He will take care of everything, He will and ina big way!! Thank you Jesus!!!!

Praise Jesus! I too have had quite a bit of dental work done this month. I ended up getting x-rays, 3 fillings with the white filling that is a little more expensive, 3 pulled out and all for a little more than $100!!! This work would have cost me over $1,000 here so God has blessed us quite a bit too. My hubby is in need of caterack (sp) surgery in both eyes now. He's already had cornea transplants in both eyes and that cost us quite a bit (we are self pay) but since those surgeries, he has developed caterack in both eyes now (doc. says that's common after cornea transplants) so we are asking God for some more help. I'm sure he will work out something for us in this too. Hubby is about to completely lose his vision in one of the eyes if we don't hurry up and get the surgery. Please pray for him and us. I'm sure God will work out something;) I'm going to get on the phone like crazy this week and work on bookings to try and make a good bit more $$ to help pay for the surgeries. I love hearing stories like yours! Gives me such hope and comfort knowing that our God provides!

Nikki, I'll definitely be praying for your husband's healing and for the financials to be provided in a huge way!! You just keep praying and believing and it'll all be taken care of. God wants us to be happy, healthy and prosperous. We just have to let Him work it all out for us and He will for you and your husband!! I bet you'll be surprised when you look at your calendar after the weekend is over and see what all God blessed you with over the weekend!! Keep us posted :-)

Ok ladies, my total sales for 2 book parties and the one in home party last night is........................$1901!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!! My Hostess called me this morning with 5 more orders to put on last night's party!!!!


Now, I didn't really make any money off one party because I ordered some BEAUTIFUL Mother's Day gifts for mine and hubby's moms and used my profit to buy them. Let's just say, niether mom has EVER gotten gifts as gorgeous as these before, from us anyway, never could afford them. So, not counting the money made off the $319 catalog party that I used for the gifts, I have cleared $791 so far this weekend. With the profit that I used for the giftsI made $950.50!!!


Think God got my bridge, van note and pool vacuum paid for??? I DO BELIEVE!!! For the first time EVER today, I paid my van note out of my business checking account!!! I made great money with Petra but was always spending it on groceries and gas and such and never really paid bills with it. That's what hubby's check was for. So I decided today when I got through doing deposits that I was going to officially pay a bill!! Once again I have to say, thank You Jesus!!!!!


Aren't we so blessed to be in such a wonderful industry??? Can I hear an Amen?????

I truly believe God will take care of us if we just let him!! I know when ever I start to worry about money I just have to remind myself that God has never let me down and he is not going to start now.
