This is a fun home-based customer care opportunity for an adept communicator who possesses great telephone and writing skills, a strong sense of style and quick wit.
What You'll Do:
From Gemvara’s headquarters in Lexington, Massachusetts, we are dedicated to providing a customer experience that is as personalized as our beautiful jewelry. Poised at the forefront of mass customization technology, we are experiencing exceptional growth. Inspired by "vara," the ancient Sanskrit word for wish, every piece of Gemvara jewelry is customizable to perfectly suit our customer’s style and budget. We offer our customers innovative styles by a selection of the world’s most talented jewelry designers in their choice of gems and precious metals.
Working closely with customers in real time via either the telephone or Live Chat, you will assist them in designing unique pieces of jewelry. Our customers are often interested in gifts for themselves or others in celebration of a special occasion. Sometimes they just have a love of jewelry and all things beautiful. Utilizing Gemvara designers and design options you will work hand in hand with customers discussing gems, precious metals, design options and life.
Qualifications:
Skills You’ll Need to Be Successful:
We are looking for a talented communicator with live chat or customer service experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in English or Creative Writing a plus.
18-22 hours/week, must include at least one weekend day.
Candidates must live in Massachusetts.
Jewelry knowledge a plus, passion for jewelry a must!
Must be comfortable using a computer and the internet.
