I was just wondering - is it possible to check online somewhere and see if your bb's/wholesale buyershave renewed after their 12 months are up? I'm not a DM yet, so maybe I can't access that info or something...but I don't see anywhere where I could look it up. I just wanted to be able to see whether they had or not.

I am not sure there is a way to do this if you are not at lest dm. Then you can click on there name and view there info. Maybe someone else knows a way? But if not, just give them a call!smileys/smiley2.gif

I would say call them. It's a great intro to talk to them about new products and see if you can help them with anything :)

I actually have been to see both of them - I have one bb and one wholesale client - and the bb is still trying to decide whether or not to renew, and the wholesale client wasn't there when I came by her office, and so I sent her a card and an email reminder to renew, but haven't actually been able to get ahold of her yet. Soo, I just wanted to at least be able to check online somewhere to see if they made it in time....and actually, that's another question I have - if they don't renew by April 30, but then realize they want to on May 3 or something, do they have to pay the $35 all over again, or is there any grace period at all?

They have a grace period, I think it is 6 months past their last order they can renew for the $15, but they don't get the freebie for renewing. Like I just renewed and got a facial scrub in my order. I was confused, like I know I did not order this, I better not have gotten chargedsmileys/smiley7.gif
