Hi Everyone -- Thx for your suggestions, as it turns out, itwas a Firewall issue! I called tech support this morning and they told me to install 2 freeplayers and that didn't help. I found a different number directly to the biz tools section and she said to turn off the firewall -- turns out, my PC is VERY secure, it wouldn't allow the "popup!"
