What a weird day, I am getting all of these hard questions today.
Someone tried an RE9 sample strip. She got a rash. Just around her mouth. Did I read hear some time ago that maybe there was a bad batch of samples? Or did I dream that? I have been searching the archives and I haven't found it (but its timed out several times so maybe it is there and i just haven't found it). She said she has zero allergies and has never reacted from anything before. We talked about the alpha & beta acids and she feels certain this should not have been a problem. She really wanted this to work as as loves the smell and it is CHEAPER than what she is currently using (not sure what that is as I forgot to ask as I felt so bad about the whole rash). She alsofelt certain thatit was not acne-y-ish. Any thoughts?

Even though she doesn't have a problem with AHA's I would still have her try it w/o the serum to see if she has a different result. It seems from all I have read & heard that if there is going to be a culprit it is more than likely the serum...anyone else have any ideas?
