I just had a retail customer email me aquestion I am not sure how to answer. She is asking if it is correct that the sheer shine gloss is $1 more now but only 1/2 the product it was, in effect doubling in price/value. I see the old with 2 colors was .3 of an ounce at $16 and the new is .17an oz (a little more than half) - and only 1 color but more expensive.Please tell me I am just tired and I am I missing something here? This was not re-formulated, right? Someone please help me with a positive spin on this one, I would be most grateful. She is my best customer by far and I don't want to loose her!

They were reformulated. They now have peptides in them, which the others did not.


Peptides enhance the appearance of lips and help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and sooth dry, chapped lips.


They reformulated all the lipsticks as well to include this.

I'm so glad I can get a single color now and not waste one that I didn't like.

Me too! I never used both colors; only the one!


Sportsmomsmileys/smiley2.gif, just let her know that it is now anti-aging and she gets double the color she prefers!
