Just courious as to what everyone puts in their hostess envelopes and what you use as booking incentives? I've got a few parties booked and since its my first ones i'm not sure what to put in. Hope everyone's having a great day!

HOstess incentive, right away they get a mini set. In the envelope I place a catalog, 3 order forms, invitations, a hostess tip sheet, and my business card on a magnet.

I just sort of revanmped my hostess program. I am testing it out to see how it goes. I offer them their skin care at half-price when they put a date on my calendar, then I have a basket with goodies (minis and discontinued stuff) they can choose from. I have hostess packed in the basket with my "hot dates." These are dates that aren't filled on my calendar but I know for sure I want to do spas. If they pick one of my "hot dates" then they get to pick 2 items. If not, but they still get a date on the calendar, they get 1.
In the hostess packet I have a letter than lets them know to start their skin care right away. It also explains the other benefits and they can earn. I also put in a catalog, some order forms, and used to put in invitations, but I am starting to get guest lists and send them out myself.
I wouls say do what feels comfortable to you at first and you can always adjust from there. I have tried things a lot of different ways, but I think this is going to work better for me! Keep us posted on how things go!

Once you find what works for you, don't change it! I revamped mine too and it has increased my bookings. My hostess packet has the recruiting flyer of the month along with a nice hostess letter, catalogs and order forms. Don't forget that your hostess could be your next consultant!
Booking incentives are the kind of the same as Shawn's. I gave away the Bistro Minis until they were gone and now back to the spa express minis for a firm date on my calendar. And they get to choose items from my booking basket. I shop at the dollar store and load it up with great spa items. Also there is discontinued product and extra minis inside. This basket comes home a mess and the guests have a great time with it!

I did forget that I also put in the recruiting flier as well. That really is an important thing to remember, as Vicki said. You never know who's looking for this opportunity!
