I ordered my business builder kit on 4/1 and it was backordered. I was thinking that it was b/c they were going to use the new catalogs and other print collateral in it so that I was paying for current merchandise. I received it yesterday- 4/24 and it had 30 old catalogs and old order forms, price lists, etc. I figured that they were waiting to mail it b/c they knew I wouldnt get it until the NTC had launched. I emailed them a complaint- we'll see what they do.
I cant believe they are charging crazy shipping for items that are pretty worthless. They did send the 2006 calendar/organizer in it- I am surprised they didnt stuff it with the calendarfrom 2005 to match the 2005 catalogs!!
Do other companies that others have had experience with send sales people outdated materials just so they can get rid of them? Seems like not the best business practice - dont they want us selling the new products???
Anyone else having this problem? Sorry for the negativity but I am really bummed b/c my launch party is in 12 days and I wanted to have all new stuff.

I agree. I would call them and explain the situation. I'm sure if you speak with the right person they will help you out on this one. After all, they want to sell their products just as much as you do.

Jillie,
Call 1-800-Arbonne.Arbonne's customer service is the best! I'm certain they will make it right for you. If you do it now, you'll have the new materials in plenty of time for your launch. Good luck with you new business!
