I can't find ANYWHERE how to change from COTM member to associate. I'm honestly getting extremely frustrated with NO response from the company. I've tried to post it several times in the back office message board...it never gets "approved" I guess therefore it never gets posted smileys/smiley7.gif. I"ve also filled out the email support form in the back office 3 TIMES with the question too and noone has gotten back to me, ever.


Can someone please tell me the way to do it? Thank you very much!

Have you tried to call the company? An actual person, usually always answers the phone.

Hey Becky, you can also email charlie at charlie@scent-team.com he has always gotten back to me within the day!!


I belieive you just need to submit it in writing, that you want to change to Assoc. Include that in your email to him and see what he says.

Ok, just wanted to let everyone know who might be interested that the correct proceedure is to email lynn@scent-team.com and tell her you want to drop down to free associate. I called home office and that's what they told me to do.
