I will most likely sign up today. I tried the RE9 set over the weekend, and I cannot believe the diff in my skin! My question is:

If I purchase the RE9 set that I used over the last 3 days, will I get it at the 35% off price? Is it my volume or the sponsor's volume?

If I buy an RSVP, do i get to choose the products or is it a set package of products?

Can i sign up for the $29 without buying the RE9 set immediately, or do i have to purchase something to sign up?

Just want to know before my meeting with my sponsor (who is very nice & low-pressure)....

Hi and welcome,
I can help answer a couple of the questions, but since I am fairly new myself I don't have all of the answers you are looking for.
If I am understanding your post correctly, I assume the RE9 set you are using now is the one your sponsor you to try for a week or so to experience the different yourself (try before you buy).
If that is the case, that is one of our selling methods; to get the product out there for perspective clients to use and decide for themselves if they like it.
That being said, you would be able to purchase your own RE9 at 35% off through Arb00ne.
If you choose to take advantage of the RSVP, you get to choose whatever products you like. If I am not mistaken (and someone correct me if I am wrong please) but you are offered that benefit your firs 2 months of signing up. So you don't necessarily have to purchase it now.
About signing up; all you need is $29.00 plus tax. You are not obligated at all to purchase anything today. I do suggest though, when you are ready to purchase, have your sponsor guide you through the process so you can make sure you are taking advantage of all the little freebies and discounts you can achieve. It can be a bit confusing doing it for the first time. My sponsor lives in CT, and I live in MI, so we talked for an hour over the phone placing my order.
I hope this gives you some helpful insight.
Welcome to Arbonne! You will LOVE it!smileys/smiley1.gif

Hi Kitty~

I'm glad you have noticed the difference in our skin care! To answe your questions:

If I purchase the RE9 set that I used over the last 3 days, will I get it at the 35% off price? Is it my volume or the sponsor's volume?

That is up to your sponsor. It is probably her set you are using so she decides if she wants to give you a discount. I would recommend giving her set back to her (since it is probably used) and then buying your own set when you sign up...then you will get the 35% discount and the volume will count for you.

If I buy an RSVP, do i get to choose the products or is it a set package of products?

You can choose up to $700 worthof whatever products you want for $350.

Can i sign up for the $29 without buying the RE9 set immediately, or do i have to purchase something to sign up?

You do not have to make any purchases when you first sign up. However, you will want to purchase at least $100 worth in your start month because then you get a FREE product! If you get the R{9 night creme, you don't have to purchase it later and you have saved a ton of money off the total R{9 price! $72...to be exact!

Hope that helps.

Thanks, ladies! This is exactly what i wanted to know! Now, i can narrow my questions for my sponsor!

I just cannot believe that you can sign up as personal use without a lot of pressure to "do the business." I reviewed many success stories on Arbonne's website where people started out just to get the discount, and wound up building a great business.

I got burned in another cosmetics company where lots of inventory front-loading was encouraged.

That is probably and advantage to you (previous experience with front loading). Just make sure you let her know up front that you are only interested in a personal use account, if that is indeed your intent. If a possible business in the future appeals to you, I would definetly ask her approach on the business. There are many different approaches used, so you want to make sure you would be comfortable with their approach if you decided to build a business in the future. Ask if you would receive assitance no matter what approach you used. Best of luck and have fun with the products!!!

Hi Kitty

glad you liked the products and are feeling comfortable signing up.

Feel free to email me if you have any more specific questions!

About the volume thing, if you sign up and order the set or the RSVP, your sponsor gets to count the volume towards her, but you also get volume for it. So you both benefit. If you order under her number, only she gets the volume for it.

If she gave you a brand new set and you were the first person who used it, then you would keep that one, order a new one and give it to her to replace the one she gave you. That way you don't have to wait a week to get yours. But if she gave you a sample set, you of course would want to order your own set. You get the discount immediately no matter what size your order is. You don't need to order at all, you can just sign up for the $29. But it makes sense to order at least $100 so you can get the freebie.

The other thing to know is if you order the RE9 set complete, you automatically get a free product of your choice, AND a bonus host special of $100 extra for $20. So if you decide not to do the RSVP, you still can get a good deal that way. The RE9 ends up being about $175 after the discount, so for $195 (plus tax and shipping) you can get $366 in products plus the freebie. YOu can also piece an order together for more savings, by ordering the RE9 items individually and getting the night cream as your free product. The only bonus of the set is getting the lift for free, but most peole I know dont' use that anyway. It is cheaper to order that individually and get the night cream free anyway. (Hope I am not confusing you too much, LOL!)

You can also do the RSVP next month if you decide you want more stuff after your initial order. That is what I did. My first order was just personal use for me. Then by the next month, I got a few friends/family members who wanted stuff. So I put it all in as one big order and did the RSVP.

SO you don't have to order you Rsvp in your start month I thought you had to order your rsvp in your start month and then if you qualified you could purchase an additional rsvp2 in your second month??smileys/smiley5.gif

You can do it either month, or you used to be able to. If you use one the first month, you have to order a certain amount to be able to do it again in the second month I think. But you can do just one either the first or second month.
