Do you keep inventory?
I'm thinking of taking 15% of my profits from each spa to build up some inventory. Right now I am just ordering what people purchase at the spa and getting it to the clients within the week (order that night from Beautinet). I would like to have some of the spa basics on hand to give to people at the spa. Is this good to do? What has worked in your experience?

I know it was the inventory on hand that got me to purchase from my spa girl originally. Had she not had the groupings offered, my party probably would have spent at least half as much!

I buy what my clients like when it's on sale. Remember to keep your inventory deep not wide. Meaning, only keep what you know you will sell don't get caught up in buying everything that's on sale.
