After Hours Phone Representative w/Richdale Group

Would you like to work from home???
Richdale is looking for an after hours phone representative that will answer incoming calls after normal business hours from current and potential residents. Responsibilites include but are not limited to, answering all incoming calls, passing on emergency maintenance calls to 24 hour maintenance staff, marketing our apartments to potential residents, scheduling appointments for the leasing offices, inputting non-emergency maintainence work orders for next day follow up, and appropriately handling all other situations that may arise. Qualified applicants will require a Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7. We will provide and install land line phone.

Just so Happen so did I when I saw that, i just exited off the whole thing, I wasn't doing that, then I don't live in that area either, No way.
