Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, I placed an order the morning of 4/21 for new catalogues and some other things (product), and it is appearing on my order history but its still in "W" status. It also hasn't been added to the my group volume. Has this happened to everyone or perhapsmy order jammed in cyber space somehow? I am hoping its an everyone thing, thinking that was a busy morning and the system needs to catch up - as I would dread calling in tomorrow, I am sure the phones will be very busy...

It's happened to me too. I placed an order on Fri for catalogs and the
sell sheets (and a couple of regular products, not new) and it is still
in W status. Also, the sell sheets and the catalogs were showing up as
having volume, which was kind of wierd. If I had known that they were
giong to put the order on W status, I would have waited until tomorrow
to place the order for the catalogs b/c I was going to order some of
the new product which isn't available until tomorrow, but I wanted to
get the new catalogs as soon as possible sp I placed a separate order
for them on Fri.. We'll see I guess.<!--

Oh, I just checked since you said the sell sheets were in volume, mine are too. Hmmm....


Anyone else? I am hoping it will fix itself overnight and we won't have to call in for this.


I was hoping for them quick too &amp; even paid for the 3 day ship, which I never usually do.

Sell sheets are in my volume too and I have a W status as well. I am going to be ticked if I don't get them...I paid for 3 day shipping!!!!!!

I know. I thought there was hope they would have shipped Friday. Let's just hope its just a computer thing I guess.

Mine is a W as well. I had a client place an order AFTER me on SATURDAY (I placed my order on Friday) and hers has already been shipped!

Mine is a W too. I also received volume for the sell sheets. I hope it is just a mistake and that they were shipped on Friday when I ordered them. I, too, paid 3 day shipping so I could have the new business aids ASAP. Maybe they aren't shipping the new business aids until Monday...

Just got off the phone, was told it would ship today (I paid for 3 day, so not sure if you paid regular). She said its still in W because they were still updating the system this weekend and everything should go through today.... I got the sense though that she wasn't 100% sure so if anyone else got a different answer, please share.

Has anyone gotten any info on this yet (orders from Friday w/ catalogs still in W)?


I know everyone is asexcited as I and I appologize in advance if I seem impatient. I am leaving for a family reunion this week so was hoping to getthem (catalogs) before leaving, which is why I paid for 3 day ship. My order from Friday, that she told me this morning would definitely ship today, is still a W (as is the order I placed today but I expected that at this point...)


I don't really want to call again &amp; tie up the line even more than it isif someone already has heard what's up...

Well, I called a few minutes ago and it was a 45 minute hold time, so I didn't stay on the line! I might later this evening.


Mine is still on W as well. I hope this is resolved soon. I placed mine on 3 day shipping in hopes of having them today or tomorrow, but obviously that isn't going to happen!
