I had a drawing for a free facial a couple of weeks ago, and I did pick my winner. However, should I call everyone that entered and offer it to them as well, or just call them to see if they are interested in hosting a spa?

I would call each person who didn't win the door prize and offer them a one on one consultation or a spa party with friends. The person who won the door prize from one of my booths last fall is now a consultant! I also got some new clients/hostesses from making those follow up calls. So it is worth your time!

What would the one-on-one include? I just want to be prepared for when they ask me what a consultation includes. Would I just show them everything in the case and demonstrate on her like I would to everyone during a spa?

I did a full spa just like I was at a party with guests. Then she decided she wanted to book another one on one consultation for image. It was a lot of fun and the full hour was devoted just to her. They love that extra attention!

And sometimes is less intimidating than having a whole house to clean to impress your friends. My Director told me to offer it at your house so that way they can go shopping afterwards. I realize this is for the future, but something to keep in mind!
