If you were going to join a direct sales company how do you feel about a leader that works more than one business?

Depends on what you want out of it. I've always done more than 1 or 2. My recruits know that too.
I suppose though when you hit Director you would have to give up the other(s).
Good question!

I do two companies. Have recently promoted to leadership in one. Right now I can still do both, but there may come a time where I have to decide whether to continue with leadership or continue doing both.
For me personally, I do not "work" both of my businesses. The one I have leadership in is the one I work. The other, i have big enough resale client base that I do not have to work it. I actually did a show last night and had someone offer to send leads for the one I do not "work" my way and I turned her down.
For your question.......I would have to ask the person how much effort the put into both of their businesses and what their goals are. If they are looking for leadership within both companies, I would steer clear. If they work one and have the other as the hobby then that is fine considering that I am signing up for the one they "work".
Hope that all makes sense!
