I am new to this board & found it by searching for message boards. I am currently a SAHM with a 10 month old DD.
I have been talking to someone about Arbonne Cosmetics. I've only talked to her twice so far & we are meeting up tomorrow to talk some more. Does anyone have any unbiased opinions. I know she's gonna tell me all sorts of great things about Arbonne, since she sells it (& it could quite possibly all be true), but I was wanting some feedback from someone else.
How much does it cost to start up? If you don't have "parties" how do you sell the product? I would appreciate any & all advice! Thanks!!

I will move this to the Arbonne folder. They are reps, so you're right, it won't be unbiased, but since they're not the ones who will be signing you up they'll be a little more unbiasedsmileys/smiley1.gif

Hey well the cost to join is 29 but you need to purchase suplies to either do
the results approch or parties and that is were it gets $$ you can do the rsvp
which is 350 and you get 700 worth of product that is the best idea or alot
times they try to get you to join upo with buying 4-6 re9 kits which costs
about 1000 it depends on what shes doing and what her upline is doing but
dont feelpressured bc you can buy what you want and go slow if you want i
hate when everyone says its 4-6 kits or nothing bc thats not true I think if
you asked here alot of people will tell you the same thing about costs and as
far as business aids like cards catalogs ect about 100 gets you going .I
personally did the 12 re9 buy in and wished i hadnt i like the sample packs
better ill explain why i dont think thats a good idea if you want but just thats

I signed up a while ago just to get the discount. When I decided to do a party for a friend who was interested in getting some free products, I spent about $50 on catalogs and samples, and just brought my personal items I used to show people what Arbonne had to offer. I sold $800 that night alone! I will do parties if people ask, they can be fun.
I mainly do one on ones, Sharing Arbonne with everyone when the time is right. You know how ladies are, always talking about things they are excited about, and looking for products that WORK, and looking for deals. So I just share my personal experience and usually people are willing to try on my recommendation. Once I have mentioned arbonne, I ask them if they would be interested in learning more about the products or trying some samples. THen FOLLOW UP is key!
I would say learn all you can on the website about the products and the "Arbonne difference" and your belief in teh products will be contagious. It is only $29 to sign up and gain access to the online training and info. Don't get pressured into anything, but if you are excited and enthusiastic jumping in ready to go with a small investment can be a great way to get moving fast!

People do this business many different ways. Some do the REsults approach which is buying 4-8 Full size RE9 Kits to pass around to your prospects. Some do whats called the RSVP (Right Start Value Pack) Which gets you $700 in retail product for $350. And some sell just by using the sample packs which are around $2.50 a piece. There are many ways of doing this business.
