Funny how Rick Raddatz landed in my email box this week with
a message having this same subject. It's something I've been working on
as my next blog entry and a new leadership topic to work on with my
team.
If you aren't familiar with Rick's video email series, "The Wednesday
Minute", and you have children, here's a great first episode to get
acquainted with him:

I thought this might be something that you Ladies might benefit from
also- most of us in Direct Sales and party plan businesses have programs
that lend themselves to teachable moments with our kids!
My new ambition is to take it to the *next* level and begin to incorporate
my love of teaching and working with children with my passion for
network marketing and home based business, and I plan to start a
Leadership Series for my team about building a personal development
program with your children by building them INTO your home business.
Are you using your business as an opportunity to further your
relationship with your children and to foster personal growth, self
esteem, a sense of ownership and responsibility in your children?
