SO I wanted to share that last week I had the opportunity to spend the day with our new BC President, Daisy Chin Lor. Ladies, you are in for a treat! Daisy and Charla are touring this month and going out to the concentrated consultant areas and if you get a chance to see them, take it! Travel there, it is worth it to meet Daisy and Charla too!
The most common response that I have heard from my team is they were surprised at how "Down to earth" she is. She wanted to listen to us and gave us a new confidence in her leadership and the direction that Beauticontrol is going in.
I have been around a lot of the BC leaders and Exec.'s over the years and I have never felt the openness, transparancy and connection that Daisy is bringing to BC. With other eladers there was always a "barrier " there, but Daisy likes to have open honest communication about our business.
She is very clear that the she is focused on gorwth and both the company and the consultants making money.
She is a strong female leader that shares about her choices to be a working mother ( she has one 29 year old son ) I also liked hearing a litte about her family background. She called herself an ABC ( American-born Chinese ) While in Canada, she shared that her Mother was born in Brockville Ontario, and she has lots of Canadian cousins. She grew up near New York City and went to University in New York. She spent 17 years at Avon before having many other prestigious positions with other beauty and spa companies. Her expertise is in Marketing and growing companies.
You are going to LOVE her!
On the Director and SrVIP & EVIP webinar for April, there was the question, what are you doing to grow your business today? I love that questions. At Beauticontrol, that is how we work. We book spas, share products & go find new team members.
I love the simple new focus on growing our business. I can do that and feel like we have leadership committed to helping us grow.

I love Celebration! I have been for the past 6 years every year except last year, my baby girl was born 2 weeks before Celebration.
One year the ladies from the WAHM board met for happy hour at Ama Lur. as soon as we get the Celebration schedule, we should plan a time to have a drink & get together face to face. Sounds like fun!

I can't wait to meet Daisy!!! Our meeting is at the end of the month with her and Charla!!! I've met Charla and she's a jem!!! Love her!!!
