Hi Ladies!
I'm not with a scrapbooking company, but the products my company carries complement scrapbooking very well. Although we do carry albums to encourage creating and preserving family traditions and memories of them, we have many types of other items that also do the same thing, such as letter boxes and journals.
I'm not trying to make a sales pitch, but I'm looking into being a vendor at a scrapbook and stamp expo and am wondering if you scrappysmileys/smiley2.gif ladies can answer a couple of questions for me:
Have you ever exhibited at a scrapbooking and/or stamping only vendor fair/expo? I don't mean the virtual type, I mean the real world. (Actually, some of these questions may apply to you if you've attended a scrapbooking expo as a customer instead.)
If so, how much have you paid for vendor booths? And do you find that people prefer cash and carry items? Or are they willing to order there and wait for shipment? Finally, do you think people attending these events are looking for inexpensive buys or are they buying higher priced items as well?
I appreciate any other input you have regarding doing scrapbooking/stamping event.
Thank you!
Melissa
