- Must have a dedicated work place in your home or work location (free of background noise and distractions).
- Must have CenturyLink telephone service.

- Request Unlimited Long Distance (UNLD), as you will be dialing into a direct dial number during New Hire Training. If you do not desire UNLD after training you may elect to no longer have that service, but it is suggested in case you have to call customers directly.
- Cannot have Privacy ID and need Call Waiting disabled (this comes with most CenturyLink Bundles, but request that it be disabled).
- A headset, phone and possibly an amplifier will be provided after New Hire Training. It is suggested that you have a telephone with speakerphone and mute features for New Hire Training.
- Must have CenturyLink High Speed Internet Service, minimum speed (1.5 mbps).
- PC with licensed, updateable version of Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7; 1.5 GHz Processor; 1 GB RAM for XP, 1.5 GB RAM for Vista, or 2 GB RAM for Windows 7; USB Webcam; and DVD reader. Your PC should have the latest virus & spyware software.
