I applied for this position too, but I did not hear anything back from them.
Let me know if you get the position and I will let you know if I get it too.

That is also what I got.
I got an e-mail saying they wanted to forward my resume for review this week and that they would perform telephone interviews the week after and then training the first week of April.
They seem very strict about their hourly appointment setting requirements. So they may have a high turnover if their appointment setting requirements are not realistic.
They also appear to be a 1099 company so you are required to pay your own taxes.
I am happy to give it a shot and I hope their required appointments can be met. I fear that if you don't make your daily requirement they would let you go.
They have a nice payscale though. Wish us luck...

I worked for close to a year... There is a lot of pressure to set appointments, they did give me time to get my first appointments set... When I worked for them, ever pay day I wondered if it would be my last. But I did gain a lot of experience working for them :)

I had interviewed and trained with them a few years ago but never started working for them. They did seem like a decent company, I just had another job offer and chose that instead of MD Everywhere.
Best of luck to all who apply!

I thought about the pressure of having to set appointments but know that if you worked there for a year then it can't be too bad.
I have a VOIP phone and I am wondering if it is going to be good enough to work there or if I will need to get a home phone at some point. I guess we will see.
I feel better now and can't wait for the interview. I am just shocked that there were only two of us that applied since they are paying so well...but a lot of people don't like cold calling so I understand. I don't mind cold calling if there is an hourly rate involved.
Did they average your appointments? They say they want one appointment every four hours (or one a shift). I was just wondering if you get two off the bat but then don't get one the next day if they average them out. I figured they might since their pay structure is weekly. I guess I will find out more as time goes on. I am hoping this will work.
I don't really WANT to work from home, but I am finding that is all that is out there. I started working from home when I was pregnant and after having my daughter. Well, now she is getting to the age where she is a bit bothersome while I am trying to work so I have to actually to into my office and close the door (and get the hubby or sitter to watch her). So since I am having to get daycare anyway I feel there is really no difference. Things will be easier once she goes off to school next year. I do miss going to an office everyday, but at least I am putting food on the table.

They average it all out. The good thing is you have your base pay and than get paid per appointment. The bad news is they do not give raises. I appreciate the experience I gained working at MDe... Just like any other place you work there is always something you won't like..That's just life. I'm under much less stress not working for them, but if you are good at setting appointments, especially in the medical field you will be okay. When I worked there it didn't matter what kind of phone you used. They had an auto dialer.
