Experiencing issues with QT like not being able to sign in, or once you're in and getting calls it's getting stuck when you submit a call? I had this happen to me starting yesterday and it's still doing it today. I can't get in today and yesterday I actually did not get paid for a couple of calls that I submitted, but it took them a long time to go through. They did finally go through, but when I checked my stats the calls weren't showing up as me being paid for them. So, I'm not happy about this. I will contact them re: the issue, but was just wondering if I was the only one having these issues? :(

Yes! I thought I might have been the only one too..lol :) I logged out this morning b/c it was getting on my nerves something awful. I'm fixing to log back in and see if I can actually submit a message without it taking an hour.

I had a similar issue this morning with it not letting me sign in and a few messages taking forever to go through but as of right now, it seems to be working smoothly.

I was having the same problem and gave up for the day, hated too I really wanted to get a little more in before the pay period ended. Oh well, hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Yes, this is the reason I was mad about it yesterday too is because I'm trying to beat the clock on the pay period. I had a certain goal of earnings I wanted to reach and because of the craziness of yesterday I couldn't.
I was able to get in earlier with no issues & got calls with no problem. I'm about to go back in and will probably pull an all nighter (as long as the calls are rolling in w/no issues) to make up for yesterday.

My problem is a little different. For at least a week now I cannot type because no audio comes up, the timer idles out, but the job does not change. I log off and then back on again and that same job is still up with the red words about timing out at the top. I still can't change the job without submitting the job not done. Then another job comes up and repeats the entire process again. I haven't typed in over a week. I went to help desk and submitted my problem last week. So far haven't heard anything.

They must be having troubles with their servers. It su#ks that it happened right at the end of a pay period when we were all trying to get in a few extra pennies.... especially when the ones that disappear never seem to be the long ones do they?
